Assume your game is on, unless you hear from us. Games can be delayed up to an hour due to weather. We will message you via email immediately if your game is postponed due to weather.

With the rapidly changing weather in Colorado we hope to make a decision on the weather at least 45 minutes before the start of your game if we do not feel as though the weather conditions will pass in the soon to near future (Approximantly 1 Hour). 

Teams should avoid forfeits at all costs and are able to invite subs onto the team to make sure you have a team for your game. In the rare occasion that your team cannot make the game, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

 For individuals (Free Agents), the rosters are large enough that you can miss a game without causing a forfeit but we recommend letting your team captain know of your absence.

We create rosters large enough so that if a few people miss each game, the team will have enough players to play comfortably.

Participants must be at least 19 years old.
If you're younger than 19, we look forward to having you join our community in a few years!

If you're looking for your league's rules, you can find them linked on the registration page for your sport.

Free Agent are placed on teams needing a few extra players or in many cases Free Agents are grouped together to create a team. In these cases, we make sure Free Agent teams have a few more players than the league minimum to ensure we avoid any forfeits or no shows. 

Free agents will stay with their team for the entire season!

Approximately 3-5 days before your season begins, we will post the rosters.

You can still register your group a Small Group which will keep your group together on team for the entire season. Any team that doesn't meet our minimum roster requirement will be merged with free agents or a small group to create a full team and you will stay together as a team for the entire season.

After you finish the registration for your team or small group, you will be able to invite your friends to join the team.

If you're looking to play with friends, you have two registration options:

1. Team Captain
2. Small Group

If you register as a Team Captain, you'll pay for your entire team up front. After paying, you'll see the option to invite friends to join your roster. 

If you register as Small Group, you'll have the option to create or join a small group. Once you've paid, you'll see the option to invite friends to join your roster. 

Your friends must accept your invitation and create an account in order to be placed on your roster or in your small group

As a Solo Player which we call a Free Agent, you will be placed on a team once registration has closed. You will stay with that team for the entire season. After all teams have been solidified, you'll receive more information about your team, schedule, and any other league details 5-7 days before the start of the season.

Our roster minimums are set in place to protect against forfeits.

If your team is set on having less players than our team minimums you can always register your group as a prepaid team (full team payment)! Registering as a prepaid team ensures we won't add any players to your roster.

You can view your league's standings in your dashboard.

1. Select LOGIN/SIGN UP to access your dashboard
2. In your dashboard, you'll see your current leagues listed
3. Select your league title
4. On the right, you'll see a few options including your team's schedule and standings.

Scores will be posted no later than 48 hours after the game.

3. You'll be able to see your roster and other league details.

NO refunds, credits, vouchers or transfers to a future season, no matter the circumstances (which also includes, but is not limited to illness and injury), within one week (7 days before start) of the originally posted start date of the league or class. 

There will be a $25 cancellation fee for individuals/free agents and a $50 cancellation fee for ALL refunds requested more than seven days prior to the originally posted start date of the league or class.

3. Contact Forms: You may access and fill out a Contact Form. If you choose to fill out a Contact Form on our website, you may provide certain information for us to contact you with future programs and information about Colorado Springs Sport and Social. By submitting the form, you consent to our contacting you based on the information you provide. We will not make any other use of the information you provide on the Contact Form.

The Company may update or amend these Terms of Service from time-to-time and at any time to incorporate additional or different rules, policies, procedures, and other instructions concerning access to and use of the Colorado Springs Sport and Social website and the services provide by Colorado Springs Sport and Social. All such updates and amendments are effective immediately upon notice thereof, which the Company may give by any means, including by posting a revised version of this Agreement on this website.
