Assume your game is on, unless you hear from us. Games can be delayed up to an hour due to weather.
We will message you immediately if your game is postponed due to weather.

No worries! The rosters are large enough that you can miss a game without causing a forfeit but we recommend letting your team captain know of your absence.
We create rosters large enough so that if a few people miss each game, the team will have enough players to play comfortably.

Participants must be at least 19 years old.
If you're younger than 19, we look forward to having you join our community in a few years!

If you're looking for your league's rules, you can find them linked on the registration page in the Game Format section.

Approximately 5-7 days before your season begins, we will post the rosters.

You can view your league's standings in your dashboard.

  1. Select LOGIN/SIGN UP to access your dashboard
  2. In your dashboard, you'll see your current leagues listed
  3. Select your league title
  4. On the right, you'll see a few options including your team's schedule and standings.

Scores will be posted no later than 48 hours after the game.

  3. You'll be able to see your roster and other league details.

After you finish the registration for your team or small group, you will be able to invite your friends to join the team.

If you're looking to play with friends, you have two registration options:

  1. Team Captain
  2. Play With Friends

If you register as a Team Captain, you'll pay for your entire team up front. After paying, you'll see the option to invite friends to join your roster. 

If you register as Play With Friends, you'll have the option to create or join a small group. Once you've paid, you'll see the option to invite friends to join your roster. 

Your friends must accept your invitation and create an account in order to be placed on your roster or in your small group

As a Solo Player or Free Agent, you will be placed on a team once registration has closed. After all teams have been solidified, you'll receive more information about your team, schedule, and any other league details 5-7 days before the start of the season.

You can still register your small group and any team that doesn't meet our minimum roster requirement will be merged with free agents or another small group to create a full team.

Our roster minimums are set in place to protect against forfeits.

If your team is set on having less players than our team minimums you can always register your group as a prepaid team (full team payment)! Registering as a prepaid team ensures we won't add any players to your roster.

NO refunds, credits, vouchers or transfers to a future season, no matter the circumstances (which also includes, but is not limited to illness and injury), within one week (7 days before start) of the originally posted start date of the league or class. 

There will be a $25 cancellation fee for individuals/free agents and a $50 cancellation fee for ALL refunds requested more than seven days prior to the originally posted start date of the league or class. 

1. Booking Procedures:

All bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking system.

Bookings are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

2. Rental Rates:

Rental rates are determined based on the type of facility, duration of use, and peak/off-peak hours.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Payment Terms:

Full payment is required before the start of the rental period.

Payments can be made via credit card.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental will receive a full credit to be used on a future rental.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full rental fee.

5. Facility Usage:

Renters are responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations of the facility at all times.

Any damage caused to the facility or equipment during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges on the card on file.

The facility must be left in the same condition as it was found, with all equipment returned to its original location.

6. Safety and Liability:

The renter acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure that all participants sign a liability waiver

Renters and all participants are required to sign a liability waiver before using the facility.

All participants must follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate attire and protective gear.

The facility reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not complying with safety regulations.

Renters with participants under the age of 18 years old must provide proof on Insurance and Molestation Coverage before the rental.

Renters with participants under the age of 18 years old understand and assume the risks of injury for all members of their rental group

7. Noise and Behavior:

Renters are expected to respect other users of the facility

Any disruptive behavior or misuse of the facility may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas and refrain from interfering with ongoing activities.

All participants and spectators must use appropriate language and behavior; any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated

8. Additional Policies:

No food is allowed on the playing surfaces

Renters must clean up after the rental and dispose of any waste in the provided receptacles.

Any waste left may be subject to a cleaning charge.

9. Compliance with Laws:

Renters must comply with all local laws and regulations while using the facility.

Illegal activities, including but not limited to substance abuse, are strictly prohibited.

10. Amendments to Policy:

This rental policy is subject to change at any time, and renters will be notified of any updates.

Renters are encouraged to review the policy regularly for any changes or updates.

By executing payment of this rental, the renter acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this rental policy and agree to abide by them during the rental period.

This website is provided solely for informational purposes and for you to contact and purchase our goods and services. You may not use this website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our website.
  2. No Personal Information Collection or Tracking: We are committed to maintaining your privacy and we do not collect or track any personal information about visitors to this website without their express consent.
  3. Contact Forms: You may access and fill out a Contact Form. If you choose to fill out a Contact Form on our website, you may provide certain information for us to contact you with future programs and information about Colorado Springs Sport and Social. By submitting the form, you consent to our contacting you based on the information you provide. We will not make any other use of the information you provide on the Contact Form.

The Company may update or amend these Terms of Service from time-to-time and at any time to incorporate additional or different rules, policies, procedures, and other instructions concerning access to and use of the Colorado Springs Sport and Social website and the services provide by Colorado Springs Sport and Social. All such updates and amendments are effective immediately upon notice thereof, which the Company may give by any means, including by posting a revised version of this Agreement on this website.
